This is how to use green World Pro-Slim Tea to achieve Better Results.
Brew 1 sachet of pro-slim Tea in a pot of hot water for 5 minutes.
Drink 2 cups a day for best results, morning and Evening on empty Stomach.
A drop of honey or lemon can be added for better taste.

• Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery across South Africa is usually within 2-3 working days, delays may occur on occasion should the courier services be under strain but we strive to get you your order in record time :).

• Express Same Day Delivery (JHB Only)
Express delivery within 30km from our warehouse, we endeavor to deliver to you within 2-3hrs on the same day. Cut off time for delivery of orders is 15h00 and restricted to packages less than 15kg (Weekdays only). Orders placed after the cut off time will be delivered the following next work day morning. *Please note this is a pilot project on trial.
• Lead Time Deliveries
Some brands/products take a little bit longer with either a 3-5 or 5-7 work day delivery – Nationwide (This is for stock that needs to be collected from our local partners before delivering on to you). Products that have this lead time delivery, all have a notice on the respective product page indicating this. Rest assured that even these products we will endeavor to get to you in record time.
Pre-Orders that are placed are based on an approx. ETA of 1-3 weeks, we will not be held liable for any delays due to un-foreseen circumstances. Payments must be made in full in order to secure your pre-order.

An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by Green World Products
If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Green World Products within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.
All products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. If the product is in its original sealed state we will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product. If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, we will pass your feedback onto the supplier of the product. The supplier's remedy is then up to their own discretion and Green World Products itself will not be held responsible for issuing a refund.
If you receive the wrong product you must contact Green World Products within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occured. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the 'wrong' product for the one actually ordered on our account.
